Fun. Surprised me a few times. Minor gruesomeness (LOL).
Interesting, slightly different film, starring Charles Laughton and Ella Raines. He's married to a miserable woman and meets Raines and they take a liking to each other. Moody, sort of English film...with many American actors, and accents all over the place. Enjoyable!

Interesting to see how dated AND how current an old movie can be. Snappy/snippy dialogue, sexy at times, grown-up, and occasionally so over-the-top acted. However, I loved every minute of it.

Entertaining read. I so appreciate that, when you get to the end of the whodunnit, you can see the author gave you plenty of legitimate clues.
Great sense of atmosphere (Oxford), good group of characters. Great "characters making poor choices," which I always enjoy.
Nothing original, but a fun thriller in which Harrison's wife and kids are taken hostage and he is forced to steal from the bank where he works. Hey, don't mess with Mr. Ford, people! Haven't you seen The Fugitive? Or Air Force One? Nice supporting work from Virginia Madsen as "the wife," Paul Bettany as the bad guy, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as another bad guy.
I'm not the biggest Harrison Ford fan, but he does somehow make this all believable.
